Walkthrough 2025-06-20 (Framing stage)
Framing request:
1. Add TV wall mount backboards for three units with have TV plug
2. The middle unit’s upstairs pony wall is very loose
3. The middle unit’s bathroom stub it’s very uneven and needs to be replaced.
Insulation request:
Additional soundproof block/insulation is needed in the partly wall between the two units’ upstairs bedrooms. For example, the upstairs’s Unit #1 has a bedroom next to the Unit #2’s bedroom. The client would like to add more soundproofing to block the noise between these two units with pay.
Pantry & Closet request:
Pantry(with shelves) & master bedroom closets(built-in MDF) & bedroom closet designs are the same as 10728 149 street.
Laundry request
Upper unit’s laundry room needs a quartz countertop with wire shelves on top.
